Shalom,
As you lucky ones are all gathering to renew acquaintances, I would like to wish you all a pleasant and enjoyable week-end. Have fun, smile for the camera, and chew over the ole days together, trying to decide who has the best memory! I again extend a welcome to anyone who might find their way to Israel. All the best, Murrel Kohn
It was a wonderful weekend and I am most grateful to all who made it possible. I particularly enjoyed wandering the halls of our old school building where I once dreamed of traveling around the world. Now this reunion is one of the highlights of my trip. I was very lucky to attend Atherton High School. Emmalee Bowers Tarry
Our 50th reunion celebration was an extrodinarily unique experience. Think about the emotional experience of running into someone from your childhood and then multiply that by the dozens of people in the same place. It's great fun, brings back memories of extremely important experiences in your past that has greatly influenced who you are,, your attitudes and your belief system in the present. In some ways you feel overwhelmed.

I felt myself appreciating my classmates from a completely different perspective and feeling toward them in way similar to being with a cherished and treasured family member you havn't seen in a very long time.

We are just downright blessed to have classmates who considered this event so important that they gave big chunks of their time and energy to create activities that offered us the opportunities to go back in time in a safe, fun environment. I am so grateful and appreciative. I had a marvelous time that I will be talking about the rest of my life.

To everyone who had a hand in planning the reunion you did a superb job. I can't believe I even thought about not going. The whole event was so well planned. It was especially nice for my husband as he met me in college and really didn't know of my high school friends or very much about Louisville. I know he enjoyed himself as much as I did. We will never forget the kindness of everyone and the renewed friendships. I hope it will be possible to get together again. I miss all of you and if you are ever in the Dallas area please call.
