Abandoned cable company building on Midway Atoll.

Some of the oldest Ironwood Trees on the island are around the abandoned cable company buildings. The refuge has restored one of these building. This one may be beyond repair. There seemed to be fewer chicks in this area. I don't know why.

Hi- I am the Chef at the Clipper House on Midway Island. I found your page very interesting. One thing that you mentioned about the albatross is the 25 different mating movements. It would be helpful to explain what those are and the significance of them. Thanks, Michael Brouwer
