Bad Boys Breaking The Rules

Oak Hill Management has set some very fair rules for the complex.  These rules protect the property and the residents. Some people have all kinds of reasons why they should be able to do what they want, when they want to do it.  These bad boys will grow up some day.  In the meantime we pay for their bad behavior.   Help keep condominium fees and rents down while helping these guys grow up. Fight back. Take pictures. Report violators.  Send the pictures to the webmaster for use on this page.

Building 7 Bad Boy

Now this poor guy is moving out of Building #7 and to save a few steps he decided to pull his U-Haul right up to the door.  Notice the damage to the grass along the sidewalk. The sidewalks are not built to support the weight of a truck.  Cracks in the sidewalk will lead to the deterioration of the sidewalk

I guess he thinks you should pay to clean up his mess.

Dog Owner Not Cleaning Up After Large Dog

A dog owner is failing to clean up after a very large dog. Piles of poop have been found: near Building #3, at the edge of St. James Place near the stop sign, along Oak Hill Lane near the gate and on the way down hill to the path to Bay Ridge.  I have received many complaints about the mess.

If you see anyone failing to clean up after their dog, please report a description of owner and dog to the office.  Remember it is not the dog's fault.  The owner is responsible.

This guy was identified and now cleans up his mess but as luck would have it other dog owners are now taking his place.

Some owner of a large dog is allowing the dog to dig holes in the lawn near Building 10, 3, 7 and at the corner of Midhurst Drive.

I am in such a hurry to get to the gym to exercise I can't walk around to the steps.   Not a direct quote, but you get the idea.  Somebody ran up the bank instead of walking a few steps to the stairs creating a mini landslide and endangering the integrity of the parking lot.  Didn't this look like a bad idea even before the landslide.  This will cost us all.  Thanks bad boy!

Sunday June 16 this mess was dumped outside the dumpster behind Building #1. The contractor will only take trash that is inside the dumpster.  Oak Hill maintenance will have to handle this dumping.

"My sister lives here."  "My friend owns a unit ."

Some of the excuses given to me by people  illegally using our dumpster.  Not good enough.  Only residents are entitled to use our dumpsters. Absentee owners are not allowed to use the dumpster unless they are remodeling or cleaning their unit.

If you see a vehicle pulled up to one of our dumpsters.  Check to see if they have  an Oak Hill sticker on the back window.  If not write down their license # and a description of what they are dumping. Take a picture if possible and report to the office.

And after all these lies, he called me an old bitch.

Bitch, Snitch, ...... whatever. Illegal dumping is a crime.

This guy dug 5 holes in the parking lot because he (she) wasn't using a kick stand pad,. This hole was over an inch deep.  Come on.  A request to use a kick stand pad is a small thing.  The holes cause the pavement to deteriorate costing all of us money. Do you really want to pay higher condominium fees and rents?

A red motorcycle parking on Oak Hill Lane down hill from Building #2 has dug a deep hole in the parking lot.

"I don't have a plastic bag."

Too bad!  Go home and get one.  Who do you think is responsible for your dog poop?  The Tooth Fairy.

This is disgusting and unhealthy for people and dogs. Can you picture a baby running across this lawn.

If you see dog owners leaving dog poop on the lawn tell them how you feel about it.  Take pictures of the owner and dog.  We have enough pictures of the poop.

"I'm not parked on the sidewalk!"
Sure looks like it to me. What do you think? Cars and trucks parked on the sidewalk crack the pavement which the following winter breaks to pieces.  Who pays?  You do.

How did this guy get so lost?
He drove on the lawn to unload a bed frame. Then other people came home from work and blocked his exit. He was driving back and forth trying to get back on the street. This is not too good for the lawn. Who pays?

If you must back into a parking space, at least learn how to park straight.

Vehicles must not take up more than one parking space.

This one took 3 spaces and still the boat was on the lawn. See the condominium rules for parking vehicles. The owner also had his dog unleashed.

"If you take a picture of me, I am going to call the police."

Click. Please do!   I think the police will be interested in your unleashed dog and your Mass plates.

"I only parked here for 2 seconds."
Actually this car stayed here for close to an hour.  Not only in front of the building where there is no parking, but in the middle of the road not even close to the curb. In case of an emergency, neither police cars, fire trucks, nor an ambulance could get up to the curb.

Sidewalks are for people not motorcycles, trucks, bicycles or cars.

Laundry should not be hung on the deck. Keep your deck attractiveThis jacket stayed there for days.

This is your home and ours.
