Residential Buildings
There are 11 residential buildings at Oak Hill.  Ten of the building have 24 units while Building #2 has 12 units. The units are what are called garden apartments meaning that each unit occupies one floor and units are entered from a common hall.  There are three floors in each building accessed only by stairs.  Each side of the building has front and back doors and 12 units.  Residents use a key to open the outside door and no soliciting is allowed in the buildings or in the complex.

Two bedroom units are on the outside and one bedroom units in the middle.  Each building has two small one bedroom units at the back of the building on the first floor. All units have one bathroom.

There are attic storage bins , laundry rooms, and bicycle storage rooms.  For more information about these and other resident services see Services .

	Second and third floor units have railed decks.  First floor apartments have a concrete patio. Mail boxes are located at each front entrance,.
Ample parking spaces.	Carports are assigned to units. Some condos own carports.  From time to time a carport may be available for rent.  Sign up at the office to get on the list.
